Ellsworth Air Base Picnic
July - Grilled hamburgers and beef hot dogs was given to all airmen and family during the picnic. Each family also received cookbooks.

September - New Twist on an Old Favorite and Fork Free was the two categories for the 20 contestants competing for $2000.

February - Hand out beef sample, beef information, and recipes for the public and public officials.

August - Handing out free beef jerky and quizzing people on beef trivia was what was going on during the Sturgis Rally this year.
